Street Underground Electrical Design - Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided design services for one of the first Better Jacksonville Plan projects, in an area along 8th Street, from Evergreen Avenue east to Haines Street. The electrical portion of this project included overhead to underground electrical conversion design; location of pad-mounted switches and transformers, riser poles, and conduits; conversions of customers’ services; identification and coordination of necessary easements; JEA switch and circuit maps; JEA electrical design drawings; and JEA WMS plating.
State Road 9-A design-build project - Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided electrical design services for
the SR 9-A from St. Johns Bluff Road to J.T. Butler,
including converting overhead electrical distribution
to underground; maintaining underground feeds to the
University of North Florida and a cellular telephone
site; provide planning and coordination support with
multiple areas within JEA; associated traffic signals
and roadway lighting, JEA switch and circuit maps, JEA
electrical design drawings, and JEA WMS plating.
Wonderwood Connector - Segment 3 – Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided the final design
and construction assistance to the JTA design and
construction groups as well as the coordination with
adjacent property owners for easements for the
relocation of the JEA electric facilities for this
roadway project, which extends from Merrill Road-Whompi
Drive to Fort Caroline Road. Power along this roadway
is being relocated and converted from overhead to
underground providing electrical service for roadway
lighting, traffic signalization, new commercial and
residential customers as well as maintaining existing
customers.
South Star Development Partners, Bartram
Springs– Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided the electrical design for JEA
underground electrical power distribution and roadway
lighting designs for this new residential development
of approximately 700 units, including JEA switch and
circuit maps and JEA electrical design drawings.
Regency Bypass Phase 2 / Southside Connector –
Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided the final design
and construction assistance for JEA electric
facilities for this roadway project, which extends
from S.R. 9A to Tredinick Parkway. Power along this
roadway is being converted from overhead to
underground to provide electrical service for roadway
lighting, traffic signalization and new commercial and
residential customers as well as new feeder and
substation tie capabilities.
Huffman Park, City of Jacksonville Parks and
Recreation Department – Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided the final design
for this 10-acre recreational park, including the
electrical and lighting design for a jogging track,
parking lot, tennis and basketball courts, and
playground area. RAM is also including provisions in
the design for future improvements including a
security trailer and soccer and baseball fields.
A.C. Skinner Parkway Extension - Jacksonville,
FL
RAM provided electrical design services
in support of this JTA roadway project which includes
modification of the existing electrical underground
system and the installation of a new underground
system. The design efforts include close coordination
with the roadway and utility engineers and multiple
areas within JEA; identification and coordination of
necessary easements; JEA switch and circuit maps; JEA
electrical design drawings; and JEA WMS plating.
Marina San Pablo Electrical Design - Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided JEA electrical distribution
design services for this development, including
transformers, riser poles, and conduits; JEA switch
and circuit maps; JEA electrical design drawings; and
JEA WMS plating.
Sunbeam Hill Golf Course and Edgewater at Sunbeam
Condominiums - Jacksonville, FL
RAM provided JEA electrical power
distribution and roadway lighting designs for this new
residential and commercial development. Also included
JEA circuit maps and JEA electrical design drawings.
