This services group includes specialization in
the federal, governmental, institutional, and
manufacturing sectors where a "one-stop"
comprehensive multi-disciplined project team is
needed to provide a wide range of services on an
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ)
basis. Within the last 8 years alone, RAM has
completed 225 assignments under 19 ID/IQ contracts
with services including those provided by in-house
resources (civil, environmental, and planning) and
those provided by a very closely affiliated group of
support specialists including architecture,
mechanical, MEP engineering, structural engineering,
surveying, mapping, geotechnical engineering,
ecological investigations, asbestos and lead
abatement engineering, and interior designs. In this
services group
RAM serves as prime project manager,
coordinating teams of up to eight varying
disciplines in completing ID/IQ assignments.
Miscellaneous projects also included in this
services group are typically stand-alone assignments
outside the norm of our in-house resources core.
