RAM is pleased to introduce our newest employees!

Mr. Lon Ogden, Vice President of Engineering & Senior Project Manager, has joined the firm as a seasoned transportation engineer with over 24 years of experience specializing in roadway and drainage design, including bridge hydraulic reports, preparation of pavement designs, typical section packages, specification packages, signing and pavement marking design, maintenance of traffic design, and highway lighting design. A graduate of the University of Florida with a BS in Civil Engineering, a mastered skill set in Microstation GeoPak, many advanced FDOT certifications, and years’ of on-the-job experience bring an incredible and diverse skill set to the R-A-M team.  

Livia Lima, M.L.A., joined the firm as Landscape Architecture Designer. Ms. Lima is an experienced designer having spent almost a decade in her native Brazil as an Architect and Urban Planner. Her artistic prowess is combined with creative designs that incorporate a project area’s cultural and biological aspects that ultimately contribute to real change for the area. Having recently completed her Masters in Landscape Architecture from Auburn University, Ms. Lima complements the design team with a unique blend of technical know-how and years’ of on the job experience. 

Daniel Cardona, has joined the firm as an Engineering Designer. With a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida, and a BS in Mathematics from Southwest Baptist University, Daniel brings diversified and considerable academic experience as well as an advanced skill set in Microstation GeoPak and AutoCADD Civil 3D. In addition, Daniel brings team building and leadership skills to RAM’s growing and talented team.

Tina Neu, has joined the firm as an Engineer CADD Technician. Ms. Neu has performed civil CADD drafting for capital improvement and other public works projects, which must adhere to strict FDOT standards. Ms. Neu brings years’ of on the job experience in basic engineering principles, design standard application, and interpretation of construction drawings. Ms. Neu has proven to be an invaluable asset to the R-A-M design team in her tireless dedication to getting projects completed both on-time and on-budget.
