VC Johnson Drainage Improvements
This project, located west of 1-295, extends approximately one mile from Dunn Avenue to the north. The prime objectives of the project were to reconstruct the roadway to current City rural section standards and develop an improved stormwater outfall system to eliminate stormwater flooding in the area.
Wonderwood/Merrill Road Electric Utilities
Relocation and conversion design of the JEA electric overhead system to 25 Kv underground and coordinating same with JTA roadway design (0.8 miles).
AC Skinner Parkway
AC SKINNER PARKWAY (JTA), JACKSONVILLE, FL. - Project involved the relocation and installation of new JEA water, sewer, and electrical design and coordination of same with JTA roadway project design already at 90%. Assisted JEA with scoping to determine most efficient and cost-effective plan for all three assets and at JEA request, provided final design in less than 90 days.
Phillips Belair Water Sewer Stormwater
New utilities, stormwater, and roadway replacement design within two southside communities bisected by I-95 including innovative stormwater conveyance system rehabilitation, new lift station design, new water mains, and challenging maintenance of traffic and neighborhood preservation designs. Joint project completed for JEA and City of Jacksonville which also included FDOT permitting.
Deer Creek Stormwater / 8th St.
A joint City of Jacksonville, JEA, and FDOT infrastructure improvements project from 12th Street to 7th Street, the Haines Street Expressway to Phoenix Avenue, and 8th Street from Haines Street Expressway to the railroad; a total distance of ± 2.8 miles (or 42 city blocks).
