Huffman Park

Huffman Park is a 10.0-acre community park located on the east side of Huffman Boulevard, north of Beach Boulevard. The site has a semi-open canopy with a relatively open understory. The “Sand Hill” community is the predominant ecosystem on the site with a small jurisdictional area located on the northeast corner of the property. Park amenities include:

Stormwater retention for this project is handled off-site within a JEA easement area.

RAM’s responsibilities included project management, engineering design, permitting, site planning, landscape architecture, gopher tortoise relocation, lighting design, and amenities design.
