Veteran’s District Park

Veteran’s District Park is a 54.0-acre regional park located west of County Road 223 in St. Johns County. The site is located within the Cunningham Creek drainage basin surrounded by jurisdictional wetlands with about 40 acres of developable land. Park amenities include:

Stormwater retention for this project was handled on-site with ponds including fountains. An entrance road for the park has been constructed off of County Road 223.

RAM’s responsibilities included master planning, project management, engineering design, permitting, landscape architecture, lighting design, amenities design, and Professional Services During Construction.
