Timucuan National Preserve Trail
The proposed multi-use trail is a 10-foot wide “off-road” asphalt path incorporating seven existing bridge crossings along the 18.1 mile route from Kathryn Abbey Hannah Park north to Amelia Island State Park. Trail heads, innovative low-impact design (LID) parking areas, elevated board-walk, and extensive multi-agency permitting are important aspects to the trail.
