SR 15 / U.S. 17 Roosevelt Blvd.

SR 15/U.S. 17, a “3R” urban project, consisted of 0.86 miles  of 4-lane milling and resurfacing, utility adjustments, storm drainage rehabilitation, ADA requirement upgrades, signing and pavement markings, signalization, maintenance of traffic (from Wabash to St. Johns Avenue), and extensive coordination with property owners.  Included innovative solution (dual turn lanes) to long-term traffic problem at San Juan.  Project scored 92.
