District
Civil design (in metrics) for a major new regional
park facility located at the St. Lucie Locks/Lake Okeechobee interface facility, including
three boat ramps, breakwater, two fishing piers, passive recreational areas, playground areas,
fish cleaning station, waterfront bulkheading and seating areas, ancillary parking and related
infrastructure, stormwater systems, utilities, and permitting.

Blanding Oaks Business Park, Sunbelt Development
Group - Jacksonville, FL
Redevelopment initiative of 20.3-acre urban business
park included site drainage/stormwater retention pond design with SJRWMD permitting, FDOT median
modification and new driveway, utilities designs, and extensive regulatory processing for rezoning,
concurrency reservation, ROW vacation, wetlands mitigation, and improvements to State highway.

St. Croix, U.S.V.I. - ACOE Jacksonville District
Detailed deficiency evaluations including invasive
testing of potable water system, site/civil renovation design, community cisterns (3) repair
evaluations and upgrade designs, and presentations.
PACE Center for Girls - Jacksonville, FL
Site/civil design services for new 2-1/2-acre headquarters
facility for private-funded alternative educational institution for at-risk girls.
Included paving/drainage including retention pond design and permitting, utilities,
and extensive regulatory coordination. Services donated.
