New Dining Facility for Anheuser-Busch
Jacksonville Brewery - Jacksonville, FL
This project was awarded to RAM
as a result of design competition, and which is typical of an assignment for a longstanding
client (82 assignments to date) but out of RAM's normal services core.
A
visually stunning building,
RAM's design provides a first impression of the Jacksonville Brewery
for all incoming personnel and tourists. The dining facility is designed to be a fully integrated
environment, allowing for a comfortable and visually appealing "Key West"
atmosphere which encourages high use and interaction. The new dining facility is approximately
13,000 square feet of air conditioned space and 1,600 square feet of covered
patios.

Water and Sewer Project Design and Engineering
Services, JEA - Jacksonville, FL
Initial contract term
5 years, with two 5-year extensions, Contract No. JEA 4387. Nine assignments to date (Philips-Belair
water, sewer, stormwater and roadways; new cul-de-sac at Centurion Court; Upper Deercreek
water
