Current needs:
Senior Civil Engineer
RAM seeks an energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Jacksonville staff as a Senior Civil Engineer. In this role, you will apply full competency in conventional engineering work and broad knowledge of precedents in Civil Site and Roadway Engineering. On design assignments, understands how to clearly convey the design intent to engineering drawings and specifications. On assignments involving engineering investigations and planning work, has a firm grasp of the fundamentals of engineering processes and their application to operating systems. On projects involving engineering services related to construction activities, has developed a thorough understanding of construction methods and the manner in which engineering drawings and specifications are translated into the constructed product. Upholds engineering ethics and standards of conduct.
Job Requirements:
The appropriately qualified candidate will have the following core competencies and required experience:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering. Our ideal candidate will have six to ten years' experience since Bachelor's degree.
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- ICPR
- Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft Project (scheduling)
- StormCAD
- WaterCAD
- Stormwater design and permitting
- Utility design and permitting
- Land development/site design and permitting
Good technical writing, computer, and communications skills.
