Mr. Wayne Reed is the President and majority owner of the company.  He has over 25 years of engineering industry experience and has served in multiple disciplines throughout his career.  A graduate of Florida Institute of Technology, he earned his B.S. degree in Environmental Science.  Mr. Reed is currently responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company.  His key focus areas include the administrative and project management of multi-disciplinary public agencies, military, and private-sector projects.  In addition, Mr. Reed routinely interfaces with regulatory agencies and is well respected by his peers and government officials.
